Day 01 Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi, the capital of India. On arrival you will be met and
transferred to the hotel to relax. Later proceed for the sightseeing of
Old and New Delhi.
Delhi's history is so ancient that the story of its origin derives more from mythology than written history. You will visit Red Fort, Qutub Minar, India Gate, Jantar Mantar, Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple, Rastrapati Bhavan, and Tughlaqabad.
Day
02 Agra
After breakfast drive to Agra. The architectural splendor of the city is
reflected in the glorious monuments of medieval India built by great
Mughals.
TAJ MAHAL - One of the seven wonders of the World, built by Emperor Shahjehan as a remembrance for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal in white marble - It is a universal symbol of love. Visit Agra Fort containing the Dewan-e-khas and Dewan -e-Aam - its walls and palaces. They are silent witnesses to the rise and fall of the imperial Moghul Empire. Moti Masjid (Pearl Mosque), Jasmine Tower & Itmad-ud-Daulah (famous for its intricate inlay work) reflects the skill of ancient Indian builders.
Day 03 Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur and check into your hotel. Afternoon free for relaxing or
exploring the old bazaars in the Old Pink City.
Day 04 Jaipur
Today you'll be doing the city tour of Jaipur and Amber Fort. Half day
city tour through the city visiting the Maharaja's Palace and Museum, Jai
Singh's Observatory thence via the Palace of winds (Hawa Mahal) to Albert
Hall Museum and proceed to the dese
rted
city of Amber Fort and return to Jaipur via Ram Niwas gardens. One-way
Elephant ride at Amber.
Day 05 Udaipur
Morning transfer to airport to board flight to Udaipur. On arrival check
into your hotel, on the banks of Lake Pichola. Sightseeing of Udaipur city
including the extensive palace and temples within the city. Sunset boat
ride on lake Pichola.
Day 06 Udaipur
Day free for visiting the nearby Ship Village with local artisans and
performers demonstrating their talents. Explore the local bazaars and
visit the schools of miniature painting.
Day 07 Mumbai
Transfer to Airport to board flight to Mumbai. On arrival at Mumbai
Airport drive to the hotel to Check-in. Later proceed for the sightseeing
of Elephanta Caves. Leave by motor launch and go across the harbour to the
world famous Elephanta Caves, 1200 years old and dedicated to Lord Shiva.
The famous sculpture signifying the Trinity of the Creator, the Preserver
and the Destroyer is situated here.
Day 08 Mumbai
Today you will do a Half day city tour of Mumbai - the great port city
with its Victorian Gothic buildings from the British Raj Era mingling with
the modern. The tour includes 'Gateway of India' overlooking the Harbour,
the 'Towers of Silence', 'Marine Drive', the 'Colaba Causeway' - the
commercial heart of Bombay an
d
the Dhobi Ghat, the unique and colourful outdoor 'laundry'. Drive upto the
Malabar Hill to the lovely 'Hanging Gardens' and the Kamala Nehru Park from
where you will get a wonderful view of Mumbai and the Arabian Sea, spread
out before you. Also visit Mani Bhawan, a small museum dedicated to the
life and works of Mahatma Gandhi, and the bustling Crawford Market
Day 09 Goa
Board flight to Goa. On arrival at Goa, You will be transferred to the
Beach Resort. Rest of the day free to Relax on the beach or for their own
activities like Water Sport.
Day 10 Goa
Visit old Goa Churches, Basilica of Boom Jesus, Sri Mangueas Temple, Dona
Paula & Miramar Beach. Afternoon at leisure for swimming & sun bathing.
Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 11 Bangalore
Transfer to the Airport to board flight to Bangalore. On arrival check-in
at the hotel and then proceed for the sightseeing of Bangalore, the Garden
City and IT Park. Visit Lal Bagh Gardens, Vidhana Soudha, Bull Temple at
Basavangudi, Fort & Tipu's Palace.
Day 12 Hassan
Drive from Bangalore to Shravanabelagola a Jain Pilgrim centre and has a
17m high monolith statue of Jain Sage Gomateshwara. Proceed to Hassan and
check-in at Hotel. Visit Belur and Halebid temples known for its Hoysala
Architecture.
Day 13 Mysore
Drive to Mysore. Visit the palace of the Maharaja built in 1911-12. The
palace is of harmonious syntheses of the Hindu and saracenic styles of
architecture with archways, domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures
which are magnificent. Visit the Art Gallery; drive upto Chamundi hill to
see Chamundeshwari Temple & a panoramic view of Mysore. On the way back,
see the Nandi Bull.

Day 14 Kochi
Drive from Mysore to Bangalore to board flight to Kochi. You will be
visiting Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and Chinese
Fishing Nets.
Day 15 Houseboat
After breakfast drive to Allepey jetty point and board the traditional
rice boats - "Ketuvallam" and begin your journey through the picturesque
backwaters and small lakes relaxing in the tranquillity of Kerala's
beautiful scenery. Experience the way of life and activity of the local
people, the one bedroom house with a lounge is exclusively for you, meals
will be served with freshly bought produce from the local markets and
cooked on board. Overnight on board.
Day 16 Periyar
Your journey to Thekkady is through breathtaking, winding, dense rubber,
etc; do not forget your camera. A boat ride on the spending Lake Periyar
is the best way to experience the sanctuary. Visit the Spice plantations
like cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, coffee and tea estates. On your way back
to hotel, you can shop at the local market and pick up some fragrant
spices.
Day 17 Madurai
Morning arrive Madurai and transfer to hotel to check-in. Visit Meenakshi
temple,
famous for its Court of Thousand Pillars, built in 1560 A.D and visit to
the temple to witness the famous night ceremony when the Temple bronze of
Lord Siva is carried to the bed chamber of Goddess Parvathy to the
accompaniment of religious prayers and music. Also visit Thirumalai
Nayak's Palace- A gracious building in the Indo saracenic style, famous
for the Stucco work on its domes & arches, and Gandhi Museum.
Day 18 Chennai
Transfer to Airport to board flight to Chennai. Chennai grown has
metropolis is the fourth Largest City in the country but still retains a
charm characteristic of the typical South Indian heritage and way of
living. On arrival you will be met and transferred to hotel.
Day 19 Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram

Full day excursion to Kanchipuram and Mahabalipuram. Kanchipuram, the city
of 1000 temples. It is considered as the second holiest city in India next
to Varanasi. Visit Vaikuntaperumal temple, Ekambareeswarar and Varadarajar
temple. Kanchipuram is famous for its exquisite silk sarees. Visit the
handloom and shop if you please. Drive to Mahabalipuram, the only
surviving shore temple. It boasts of some of India's most sublime rock cut
art comprising of Arjuna's Penance - the largest open-air bass-relief,
Five Rathas, structured temples, man-made caves and chariots.
Day 20 Chennai Departure
After breakfast, city tour of Chennai. Visit National Art Gallery and
Museum which has a selection of ancient paintings of almost all schools as
well as section devoted to modern art, Fort St. George, St. Mary's Church,
Drive along Marina Beach (the second longest in the world), San Thome
Cathedral, Mylapore Shiva Temple and shopping.
Check-out at 1200 hrs from the hotel. Late in the evening transfer to
Airport to board flight to Onward destination.
