Day 01 Arrival at Cochin
Arrive Kochi and transfer to Hotel.

Kochi is the natural harbour created by the famed underwater Malabar
mud-banks whose quality ensures that the rougher the seas are outside
the calmer the waters are within the Harbour. Vasco-da-Gama placed it on
the world map. It has a Jewish synagogue, Portuguese churches, mosques &
Hindu temples. Watch the Chinese Fishing Nets. In the evening proceed
for traditional Kathakali Dance Show.
Day 02 Munnar
Munnar is a nature lover's paradise. Enjoy the picture-book towns,
winding lanes, the marvellous waterfalls, high mountains with the low
flying clouds passing by that makes Munnar a popular hill station.
Arrive Munnar and check in at hotel. Witness tea gardens spread like a
green carpet over hundreds of kilometres, lust green hills, a place so
difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most
of the covered by TATA tea.
Day 03 Munnar
After breakfast proceed for the sightseeing of Munnar. Move through the
tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers. Lush
green hills all around - a place difficult to describe. Sightseeing
Munnar which includes the Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you can
see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Muttupetty dam, Indo Swiss project, you
can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional).
Day 04 Periyar
You will be taken to one of the best game sanctuaries in India - Periyar
Wildlife Sanctuary. Your journey to Thekkady is through breathtaking,
winding, dense rubber, sprawling tea estates, spice gardens and wild
forests…. do not forget your camera. Arrive Thekkady after a memorable
drive of approx. 4 hours. Check in at hotel. In the evening visit Kumily
market to buy the best spices available.
Day 05 Periyar
Periyar, one of the most fascinating wildlife sanctuaries in India,
noted for elephants, Spice plantations and its scenic beauty. A boat
ride on
the
splendid Periyar Lake is the best way to experience the sanctuary. The
greatest attraction here is the herds of wild elephants that come down
to the lake to frolic in the waters. Wild Boars, Sambar, Wild Dogs,
Languar Monkeys, Bison, Red fox can also be spotted in the forest.
Afternoon visit spice plantations like cardamom, pepper, tea.
Day 06 Kumarakom
In the morning proceed to Kumarakom after breakfast. The village of
Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake, and this
small water world is part of the Kuttanad region. The bird sanctuary
here, which is spread across 14 acres, is a favuorite haunt of migratory
birds and an ornithologist's paradise.
An enchanting backwater destination, Kumarakom offers visitors many other leisure options. Boating and fishing facilities are available at Kumarakom. A picturesque world of backwaters thatched houseboats, Cormorants, Chinese fishing nets and swaying palms - An ideal getaway.
Day 07 Kumarakom
A cruise on the Vembanad Lake, gently rocked by the waves rippling to
the rhythm of the swaying coconut palms on the distant banks could
be truly exhilarating. Stay in the backwater resort and enjoy your day
in swimming or a massage that would do wonders on your body. The splash
of water slapping softly on the banks provides soothing background
music. Visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. The breathtaking view of the lake
during the dawn and dusk and the glimpse of the formation of birds
flapping in and out of the bird sanctuary can be seen from any spot of
the island.
Day 08 Houseboat
After breakfast board the houseboat.
Today you will cruise through backwaters witnessing the life of the
people, coir industry, etc. All meals will be served on the board
houseboat.

Day 09 Kochi / Goa
After breakfast disembark the boat and
drive to Kochi to connect flight to Goa. Goa, one of the finest beach in
India and has more fun & frolic than just sand and sea. On arrival
check-in to the resort and relax.
Day 10 Goa
The tour starts with a drive to Dona Paula an idyllic sot, which
overlooks Goa's magnificent harbour of Marmagoa. Then we proceed to Panjim
via Miramar Beach. In the year 1843, the Portuguese court in Lisbon by a
Royal Decree made Panjim the new capital of Goa, which was a fishing
village till then, Panjim today still captures the charm with typical
Portuguese type of houses and villas spread along the River Mandovi.
Notable among the classic structures in Panjim are Panjim Church,
Palacio Patriarchal (Bishop's Palace) and Palacio ldalcao (the present
secretariat) built by Adil shah in 1492. Our tour then proceeds to Old
Goa, which was once the old capital of Goa. Visit the Basilica of Bom
Jesus where the incorruptible
remains of St. Francis Xavier kept in a silver casket entombed in a
marble mausoleum in the Florentine style.
Day 11 Goa
Day free for water sport activities or Explore the remaining travel
attractions of Goa.
Day 12 Departure transfer
Transfer to the Airport to connect flight to onward destination.
