RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY

FIT
 --  The Payment must be received 30 days prior to the date of arrival, failing which the reservation will be cancelled.
 --  Cancellation of a reservation between 30  days to 08 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation by the hotel(s).
 --  Cancellation of a reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge for the entire length of stay.

GROUPS
 -- For Group reservations, a deposit or a credit card guarantee of USD 500 per hotel is required 90 days prior to arrival.  This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
 --  For Group reservations within 90-60 days of the arrival date, a deposit of USD 500 per hotel is required within 14 days of making the reservation.  This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
 --  For group reservations within 60 days of the arrival date, a deposit of USD 500 per hotel is required while making the reservation.  This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

CHRISTMAS SUPPLEMET     :  USD 50 PER PERSON
NEW YEAR SUPPLEMENT     :  USD 75 PER PERSON

COCONUT LAGOON
Coconut Lagoon, Kumarakom is not accessible by road.  Please use our courtesy boat transfer.
Visitors arriving from Kochi connect the boat at SPICE COAST JETTY located at PUTHENANGADI.
Visitors arriving from Periyar connect the boat at KAVANATINGARA boat landing.
Please check for the exact transfer time.

Well connected by air to Agatti from Kochi and GOA.
