Day 01 Arrive Kochi
On arrival at Kochi, the commercial capital of Kerala, you will be met
by our representative and assisted to the Hotel. In the noon proceed
for sight seeing of Kochi visiting St. Mary's Cathedral, Jewish
Synagogue, St. Francis Church Dutch Palace, Chinese fishing nets.
Evening witness Kathakali Dance Performance. Overnight at Kochi.
Day 02 Allepey
Morning after breakfast proceed to Allepey, known as the Venice of the
East. Board your House Boat and cruise through Narrow Canal, Paddy
Fields, Coconut Lagoons and Coir Villages in Allepey. All meals served
on board the houseboat. Over night at House Boat.
Day 03 Kollam
Today you will head to Kollam known for seductive backwaters. The eight
branches of Ashtamudi Lake meet at Neendakara and along this lake are
some of the most beautiful sceneries which can be best explored by a
boat ride. Kollam is famous for its cashew exported worldwide.
Optional excursion to Thenmala, 66 Kms east of Kollam –covered by dense
forests, rubber and tea plantations. Overnight at Resort.
Day 04 Kumarakom
After breakfast disembark the boat at Kumarakom, a backwater
destination. Take
a trip to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, something you shouldn't miss.
This sanctuary is rich with a number
of noteworthy species include the Dater or Snake Bird, Little Cormorant,
Night Heroin, Golden- backed woodpecker, Crow Pheasant, White Breasted
Water Hen and Tree Pie etc. The best time
for this is between November and March, when a flock of migratory birds
from Siberia make it their winter home. At the fourteen-acre bird
sanctuary one can glimpse many a rare bird – some of which, sadly, may
not be around forever
Watch the sun breaks out with a smile and stretch its presence across the river. Optional Sunset cruise, a ride in one of hotel boats and watch how a waterfowl comes to life. Overnight at Backwater resort.
Day 05 Kochi Departure
After breakfast at your hotel, check-out and
Transfer
to the Airport / Station to connect flight / train to onward
destination.
Alleppey House Boat Holiday

Day 01 Alleppey
Pick up from Alleppey Finishing Point Jetty at 11.30 hours.
Cruise through Pallathuruthy, Karimpavalavu, Karumady canal - long
stretch of narrow canal - to reach Thottappally for night stay.
Enroute can visit Karumady Kuttan, a statue of Buddha.

Day 02 Champakulam
Cruise through Thandapara, Pullangady to reach Champakulam
Sights at Champakulam:Champakulam Church, Champakulam Chundan - the
famous snake boat.
Continue cruise through Nedumudy and Mancompu.
Stop for walk through Mancompu village and visit Bhagavathy temple - one
of the oldest temples near backwaters.
Night stay at Onnamkara.
Day 03 Pulinkunnu
Cruise towards Pulinkunnu
Visit Pulinkunnu Church and local market.
Proceed to Kavalam through Puthen thodu - a long stretch of narrow
canal. Cruise through river flanked by paddy fields via Mangalam,
E-block, H-Block, R-Block, D-Block and so on to reach Cherukali Kayal.
Night stay at Cherukali Kayal.
Day 04 Kuppapuram and Azhikkal Canal
Cruise through C-Block, Kuppapuram and Azhikkal Canal to reach Allepey
at 9.30 hours.

Day 02 Allepey
Morning after breakfast proceed to Allepey
Jetty point to
board the houseboat. The houseboats are giant country Crafts, measuring
upto 80 feet length. Today these are the most exciting tourism product
in
India, which usually has one or two bath rooms, an open lounge, deck,
kitchenette and a crew comprising oarsmen, a cook and guide. You will
cruise through the beautiful villages and lush paddy fields witnessing
the men at work. All meals will be served on board. Overnight at
Houseboat.

Day 03 Kumarakom
Morning disembark the boat at Kumarakom and check into the backwater
resort. Today you can visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Relax at the
waterfront, with the occasional native row boat gliding silently by, and
the air so calm, you can reach out and touch the sky with your finger
tips. You can also enjoy a sunset cruise.
Day 04 Kochi
After breakfast, check-out the resort and drive to Kochi. Its time to
Bid farewell. Transfer to the Airport to connect flight to onward
destination.
