Day 01
Arrive Bangalore
Arrive
Bangalore, the garden city and IT park of South India. Half day
sightseeing of Bangalore visiting Cubbon Park, Vidhana Choudha, Bull
temple and shopping at
M.G.Road.
Day 02 Mysore
After breakfast drive to Mysore enroute visit
Srirangapatna. In the evening visit Maharaja Palace and Brindavan
Gardens.
Day 03 Nagarhole
Nagarhole National park, which claims populations of
tiger, leopard and elephant as well as over 250 species of birds. Visit
the park by jeep, on elephant back and in a coracle. Stay two nights at
the Kabini river Lodge or at water Woods a small six bedroom bungalow,
beautifully appointed, and situated on the banks of the Kabini river.
Day 04 Nagarhole
In the morning go on a Coracle Ride on Kabini river.
The Coracle is a round native boat. In the afternoon go on a wildlife tour
in the National park in jeeps / vans.

Day 05 Wayanad
Drive to Wayanad. Stay in Tree House. Tree houses
are houses like structures built on top the trees. The raw materials that
is used for constructing these houses are all of Eco-friendly materials,
such as coir mats, bamboo poles, hay straws, live trees (as pillar), etc.
Tree houses are modified versions of "Erumadam", usually used by the
tribals in order to escape from the attacks of wild animals.
They are placed on rain forest surrounded by coffee, tea, cardamom, and pepper plantations. All the basic facilities like bedroom, attached bathroom with flushing toilet, telephone shower, wash basin with running water, carpeted veranda and sit-out are provided in the tree house itself. The tribals are extensively involved with the construction and maintenance of these resorts.
Access to the Tree House (between 20 to 80 feets above from the ground
level) by an indigenous cane lift is worked by a unique counter weight of
water. Under the shadow of the verdant forest amidst the fragrance of a
thousand scents where time moves according to the ancient rhythms.

Day 06
Kochi
Drive to Kochi.
Visit Fort Kochi. St Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, Mattancherry
Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Spice market and Antique markets. Evening sunset
cruise on Kochi Harbour.
Day 07 Munnar
In the morning depart
for Munnar enjoying the scenic beauty & the marvellous waterfalls, high
mountains with the low flying clouds passing by. Arrive Munnar and check
in at hotel. In the evening you can go for sight seeing of Munnar and
witness tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of
kilometres, lust green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low
population too far from pollution, most of them covered by TATA tea.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 Munnar
The full day at leisure with the option for trekking
or go for sightseeing Munnar which includes the Raja Malai, a top peak of
Munnar where you can see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Muttupetty dam, Indo
Swiss project, you can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional).
Overnight at hotel.
Day 09
Periyar
After breakfast embark on a spice plantation tour
with optional elephant ride. Evening boat ride on Lake Periyar. Overnight
In Periyar .In Periyar it is also possible to arrange an Overnight stay in
a watch tower. You need to trek for some distance to reach the Watch tower
but naturally the chances of sightings are much better. It is also
possible to arrange a full day outing which includes rafting ( slowly)
down the river , especially good for bird watching and some trekking.

Day 10 Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to Kottayam and board your
houseboat to t
ravel
through the coconut palm lined backwaters towards Allepey. As you travel
through the palm fringed canals and lakes your crew will prepare you
delicious Kerala meals and show you various places of interest along the
way. Overnight on board the Houseboat.
Day 11
Trivandrum
Drive to Trivandrum. Visit Ponmudi, an idyllic hill
resort located 915 m above sea level.
Day 12 Departure
Departure transfer to
the Airport to connect flight to onward destination.
