Entry Formalities 

Indians:
Indian Nationals need no permit to visit Andamans. However, visiting tribal areas of Andaman and Nicobar Districts is prohibited. Permits to visit the tribal areas can be granted by the Deputy Commissioner, Andaman District, Port Blair in special cases on receipt of application in prescribed form.

Foreigners:
Foreigners require a permit to stay in the islands, which can easily be obtained on arrival at Port Blair (either by Air or Sea) from the Immigration authorities for 30 days. This can be extended by 15 days with permission. In addition, permits can also be obtained from: Indian Mission Overseas, Foreigners Registration Offices at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkatta and the immigration authorities at the airports at Delhi, Mumbai  Chennai and Kolkatta.

  Getting there:

By Air: Port Blair is connected with Chennai and Kolkatta. The journey time is approximately 2hrs. Presently, flights are operated by Indian Airlines (Flights operate on Daily basis),  Air Deccan,  Jet Airways (Flights operate from and  to Chennai on Daily basis).

By Sea: Regular passenger ship services are available to Port Blair from Chennai, Kolkatta and Vishakapatnam. There are three to four sailings in a month from Kolkatta and Chennai to Port Blair. There is a single sailing from Vishakapatnam once a month.

• Chennai - Port Blair:           Journey time about 60hrs (Distance by Sea is 1190Kms)

• Kolkatta - Port Blair:           Journey time about 66hrs (Distance by Sea is 1255Kms)

• Vishakapatnam - Port Blair: Journey time about 56hrs (Distance by Sea is 1200Kms)

Day 01 Port Blair                                                       
Arrive Port Blair. You will be met by our representative and transfer to the Hotel. Harbour Cruise, Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail. Night Stay at Port Blair.

Harbour Cruise provides a unique experience of cruise along the harbour in a boat leaving from Phoenix Bay Jetty. The panoramic view    of the seven points from the sea, harbour, the floating Dock, Viper Island, etc., are memorable. Boat: 1500 Hrs. Wednesday Closed.

The saga of the heroic freedom struggle is brought alive in a moving Sound & Light Show at Cellular Jail. Timing: All days. 1800 Hrs-Hindi | 1915 Hrs-English (Subject to weather conditions)

Day 02 Jolly Buoy / Red Skin Island
Visit to Jolly Buoy or Red Skin Island by Boat. Evening visit to Chidiya Tapu

Jolly Buoy Island offers a breath taking view of underwater Coral and marine life. Glass bottom boats help to Take closer look at the coral colonies. Ideal for sea Bathing and basking.

Chidiya Tapu generally known as Birds Island is Situated at the Southern most tip of South Andaman. Its lush mangroves and beach make it an ideal picnic site and Sun Set point.

The Redskin Island also offers the lure of underwater Coral gardens and Unspoiled beaches. An Occasional Dolphin may also greet the eyes. A great Place for Swimming, Scuba diving and Snorkeling. Timing: 0830 – 1630 Hrs. Packed Lunch and Drinking water to be taken by Guest.

Day 03  City Tour
Visit to Cellular Jail, Water Sports Complex, Corbyn's Cove Beach, Anthropological Museum, Fisheries Museum and Shopping.

Fisheries Museum: Display of more then 350 species of Sea-Life Museum gives an idea of the marine wealth that lies in the waters of these islands and types of fish.
Timing: 0830-1600 Hrs. Monday Closed.

Anthropological Museum: Display the habitual of aboriginals of these islands in miniature and types of tribes at Andaman. Timing: 0900-1200 Hrs & 1300-1600 Hrs. Monday Closed.

The Cellular Jail, now declared as a National Memorial is situated at Port Blair in Andaman. Its construction began in the year 1896 and was completed in 1906. Thousands of freedom fighters and convicts languished for years in solitary confinement in the calls of this jail each measuring 4X2.7 Mtrs. Timing: 0900-1200 & 1400-1700 Hrs. Monday Closed.

Corbyn's Cove Beach is One of the picturesque sea beaches in the island. It is ideal for sea bathing. The panoramic view of the seashore will delight the hearts.

Day 04 Ross Island
Visit to Ross Island. Rest of the visit to Gandhi Park, Water Sports Complex etc.,

Ross Island: Once the seat of British power and capital of these islands, it stands now as a ruin of the bygone days with the old structure almost in debris. A small museum named “SMITIKA” holds photographs and antiques of the Britishers relevant to these islands. Boat: 0830, 1030 & 1230 Hrs. Wednesday Closed.

Day 05  Depart Port Blair
Departure to the destination.
